We want you to feel confident when purchasing from us. Although our products are digital and are generally delivered immediately after purchase, we offer a 14-day refund guarantee subject to the conditions below.

1. Digital Products

All products sold through LagriyoBundles are digital products. No physical products are shipped.

Our products may include downloadable bundles, templates, digital resources, guides, creative assets, business resources, and other digital content described on the relevant product page.

2. 14-Day Refund Guarantee

You may request a refund within 14 days of your purchase, including for digital products.

We understand that sometimes a product may not be suitable for your needs after purchase. Therefore, you do not necessarily need to provide a technical reason for requesting a refund.

To be eligible for our 14-day refund guarantee:

• Your refund request must be submitted within 14 calendar days of the original purchase.
• The order must be identifiable using the order number or the email address used for the purchase.
• Refund requests must be made through our official support email.
• We may review refund requests to prevent duplicate, fraudulent, or abusive refund claims.

Because our products are digital and may provide immediate access to downloadable content, we reserve the right to refuse repeated or clearly abusive refund requests.

3. How to Request a Refund

• Email address used for the purchase
• The product purchased
• A short explanation of your refund request

We aim to review refund requests as quickly as reasonably possible.

4. Refund Processing

Once a refund has been approved, the refund will normally be issued to the same payment method used for the original purchase.

After we process the refund, the time required for the funds to appear in your account may depend on your bank, card issuer, payment provider, or other payment service.

Where a refund is issued for a digital product, your access to the refunded product may be cancelled or revoked where technically possible.

5. Faulty, Corrupted, or Incorrect Products

If a digital product is:

• corrupted or technically defective;
• materially different from its description;
• missing files that were included in the product description;
• inaccessible because of an issue on our side; or
• otherwise not provided as described,

please contact us. Where appropriate, we may first offer a replacement file, corrected version, restored access, or another suitable solution. If the issue cannot reasonably be resolved, we may provide a refund.

Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.

6. Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same product more than once, please contact us as soon as possible. Where the duplicate purchase can be verified, we will generally refund the duplicate transaction.

7. Refund Exceptions and Abuse Prevention

Our 14-day refund guarantee is intended to provide customers with reasonable protection and confidence when purchasing from LagriyoBundles.

We reserve the right to decline refund requests where we reasonably believe there has been:

• fraudulent activity;
• repeated or excessive refund requests;
• intentional abuse of the refund policy;
• a chargeback or payment dispute for the same transaction while a refund request is being reviewed; or
• an attempt to obtain products without payment.

This does not affect any mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.

8. Statutory Consumer Rights

Our 14-day refund guarantee is an additional customer benefit and does not replace or restrict any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Where applicable law provides you with rights relating to faulty, misdescribed, or non-conforming digital content, those rights remain unaffected by this policy.
